Goodbye Robin Williams. . . work in progress

When I found out about the death of Robin Williams, like most of you, I was shocked. I'm not much of a writer. So, nothing I write could possibly do justice to his greatness. But as a fan I had to do something. Obviously, it's not finished, but it's coming along. I'll post it when it's complete.

"Indeed!" - Lo Pan: Progress Value Painting (Detail)

Hiya Folks! I have to drop all personal project to get ready for the Salt Lake Comic Con in September. So here is one of my Comic Con pieces– David Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China. I have a month and a half, and about five paintings to finish. Hopefully I'll have a quick turnover. 

This is just a detail of the entire portrait. So far, I'm pretty happy with it.

Voldemort Schmoldevort! - Work in Progress

Here's a quick post. This is very early in the process and you may have a guess on what I'm painting. But you're only half right. Jeez I'm sick! There is something definitely wrong with this concept. I'll post the surprise later.

Little Mermaid Coloring Book– A Work in Progress

This is a page from a Little Mermaid coloring book that I've been working on. I took a page from the book, scanned it, and now I'm coloring it digitally. So I've had to make of the lighting and color scheme of the line art. I'm not done with it yet. I'm sort of making it up as I go along. But I like how it's coming out so far. I'll post it when it's done.
