Ringo: Stage II - Tightening the Speed Painting

I've been working more on my Ringo. I made a crummy pencil sketch several months ago. Then I started over and did a 1 hour speed painting.  So now I'm spending more time on the speed painting, by fixing the values, tightening the loose shapes, adding details, and improving the caricature. It's still far from done. But I thought it was a good time for another progress pic. (also partly because I haven't posted in a while)

Here is my attempt at drawing a Beatle. I took the photo on my phone. So, sorry about the quality. Once I finish the sketch, I'll post Ringo in all of his Liverpudlian glory. (Not waxing egocentric. I just wanted to say Liverpudlian glory;)
